This hotel is located in a very nice area of London. It is in a quiet and nice neighborhood, making it a peaceful and relaxing place to stay. Additionally, the hotel provides basic amenities that guests need, such as air conditioning, even on the 3rd floor rooms. The rooms are well-maintained with high ceilings and the staff offer excellent service. Another great aspect is the delicious fruit salad served as part of the inclusive breakfast.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, as it is just near the Earl's Court subway station. This made it easy to access other parts of the city. There were also plenty of cafes, restaurants, and shops nearby, providing ample options for dining and shopping. the Wi-Fi connection was strong and the receptionists were very helpful, providing assistance whenever needed.
The hotel does not have a lift, so guests have to carry their suitcases upstairs, which can be inconvenient for those with heavy luggage.
